Office of Technical Data ManagementTDM: Quality Control and LoadingThe Physical Science Technicians (PST) of the DataManagement Unit (DMU) are responsible for qualitychecking and loading the data to the TIMS database.All Well Logs are received from contractor through asecure T1 line directly from their office and are loadedvia a loading script. Receive, verify and checkaccuracy of all well log data submitted by operators andassist with compliance.All Well Data are loaded into TIMS through theMaintain Well Data Attachment (MWAD) screen into theindividual data types.16The PSTs are responsible for verifying the metadata forall data received and loaded. There are business rulesembedded in the loading process to help eliminate dataloading errors.
